  • 2 cups cooked brown or white rice
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups finely shredded savoy cabbage
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 ½ cups thawed frozen shelled edamame
    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips

Stir together cornstarch, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Warm oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
