  • 1 lb chicken breast fillets cut into 8 piece
  • ½ t coarsely ground pepper
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, quartered, liquid retained
  • 2 purple onions, sliced
  • 2 clove cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t basil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ c white wine
