Chicken Fillets In Tomato-Wine Sauce


  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 purple onions, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, quartered, liquid retained
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

    • 1 pound chicken breast fillets cut into 8 piece
