Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 clementines
  • 4 5-ounce chicken breast halves
  • 1 serrano chile
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ cup fresh clementine juice
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • ¼ cup fresh basil
    • ½ cup celery
