Chicken Saagwala
Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 6 onion, chopped
- 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 6 (2 inch) pieces cinnamon stick
- 6 (1 inch) pieces fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-½ teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1-½ teaspoons garam masala
- 1-½ teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
- 6 bay leaf
- 6 cups finely chopped fresh spinach
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 3 cups skim milk
