Chicken Sauté Provençale

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 3 x ½-inch strips orange peel (orange part only)
  • 1 28-ounce can diced peeled tomatoes
  • 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 bay leaves

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saut$amp;eacute; until tender, about 10 minutes.
