Chicken Sauté with Caramelized Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
