Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
    • ¾ cup crumbled Feta
    • ½ cup plain yogurt
    • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 2 ½ teaspoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 small cucumber, diced
    • 4 pieces flat bread or pitas

Heat oven to 200° F. Wrap the bread in foil and place in oven. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, Feta, and olives.
