Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup(s) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry sherry wine (optional)
  • 8 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
  • 1 cup(s) thinly sliced onions
  • 1 each(s) salt and pepper (½ teaspoon each)
  • 1 cup(s) chicken broth
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 8 ounce(s) shitake mushrooms, sliced, discard stems
    • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil

Sauté onions in 1 tsp. oil about 6 minutes or until golden. Remove and reserve. Heat remaining oil and add chicken. Cook about 7 minutes or until browned. Add mushrooms and cook about 2 minutes until mushrooms cook down. Stir in broth, sherry, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer....
