Ingredients

  • 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onion
  • ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cups packaged angel hair coleslaw

    • 1 ½ teaspoons dried chipotle powder (to taste)
    • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ¼-inch strips
