Chicken Thighs with Artichoke Hearts and Feta Cheese | Skinnytaste

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless boneless chicken thighs, excess fat removed
  • 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ cup reduced fat feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and fresh pepper
