Chicken Thighs with Cherry Tomatoes


  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic or sherry vinegar
  • 2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
