Ingredients

  • 1 cup lo-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups very thinly sliced kale
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ½ cup Israeli couscous
  • ½ medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • ¼ tsp No Salt
    • ¾ tsp ground cumin
    • ¾ tsp dried thyme
