Chicken-Vegetable Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package wide noodles
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced, and separated into rings
  • 2 cup sliced peeled carrots
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flaces
    • 1 ½ pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • ½ cup nonfat sour cream
    • ¼ cup Marsala wine

Combine marsala, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl.  Set aside.
