Chicken-Vegetable Stroganoff


  • ¼ c Marsala wine
  • ½ c nonfat sour cream
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • ¼ t crushed red pepper flaces
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 2 c sliced peeled carrots
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 medium onion, sliced, and separated into rings
    • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 T all-purpose flour
    • 1 (16-ounce) package wide noodles
