Chicken-Vegetable Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package wide noodles
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced, and separated into rings
- 2 cup sliced peeled carrots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- + 5 more ingredients

- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flaces
- 1 ½ pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup nonfat sour cream
- ¼ cup Marsala wine
