Chicken with Ginger and Green Onion Salt Dip
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- ¼ cup minced green onions
- 2 tablespoons grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Arrange chicken over rice; serve with dip.
