Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions, divided
    • 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Combine 1/4 cup broth and flour in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Add remaining broth, garlic, and thyme; set aside.
