Chicken with Mustard Cream on Watercress
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 ½ tablespoons honey Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon butter
