  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
    • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt and black pepper.
