Chicken with Tomato Tarragon Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 c finely chopped green onions (scallions)
- ½ c dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 (28-ounce) can tomato sauce
- ½ t dried tarragon
- + 2 more ingredients
