Chicken with Tomatoes and Pepper


  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 green peppers cut into strips
  • 1 (28-ounce) can whole or chopped tomatoes
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 4 tablespoon flour
    • ¼ cup canola oil
    • 1 chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut in 10 pieces

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic.  Saute over low heat 5 minutes. Push to side of pan.   Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
