Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 4 cup(s) cooked chicken, diced inch bite-sized cubes
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sour cream
  • ½ cup(s) cilantro
  • 1 7 or 8 ounce can diced green chilies
  • 3 cup(s) shredded jack cheese or jack/pepper jack combination
  • 1 pound(s) dry white beans
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
    • 2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne
    • 7 cup(s) chicken stock
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 5 - 8 cloves garlic, rough chopped

Place beans in 1-1/2 quart dish. Add about twice as much water as beans, then microwave on high for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse beans.
