Chilled Corn Soup with Herbed Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 4 cups corn
  • 5 cups water
  • ½ pound boiling potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill sprigs
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup water
    • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
    • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

In a deep skillet or saucepan simmer chicken in broth, covered, turning it once, 10 minutes and remove skillet or pan from heat.
