Chilled Yellow Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb yellow onions, chopped
  • 2 fennel bulbs, chopped
  • ½ c chopped garlic
  • 1 c (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 c marsala wine
  • 4 lb yellow tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lb yellow bell peppers, roasted
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ gal chicken stock
    • 2 T honey
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 t crushed red pepper
    • 1 ½ t ground white pepper
    • 2 c olive oil
