  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 4 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup minced cooked chicken breast (about 5 ounces)
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Working with 1 won ton wrapper at a time (cover remaining wrappers with a damp towel to keep them from drying), spoon about 1 tablespoon chicken mixture into center of each wrapper.
