  • 2 pound(s) Chicken livers, sinew removed
  • 2 cup(s) onions, diced
  • 5 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/3 cup(s) red wine
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dried or ¼ cup fresh parsley
