Classic Giblet Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • giblets of one turkey, heart, gizzard, liver and neck
  • 5 cups chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 large sage leaves
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 sprig thyme
    • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    • 2 ribs celery, chopped
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, separated
