  • 2 heads green leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 8 slices bacon
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 2 1/2- to 3-pound rotisserie chicken
    • 1 small red onion, chopped
    • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
