Coconut Lime Rice


  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 lime, zested and juiced
    • salt, to taste
