Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro, plus 2 Tbs. leaves for garnish
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. cold unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, halved and sliced
  • + 12 more ingredients
    • 3 medium cloves garlic, chopped
    • ½ cup strong brewed coffee
    • ½ cup apple-cider vinegar
    • ½ cup dark brown sugar
    • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 cups Coffee Barbecue Sauce
    • 1 large yellow onion, halved and sliced
    • 6 medium cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
    • 1-½ tsp. chili powder
    • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • Four 14-oz. Muscovy duck legs (available at dartagnan.com)
