Colorful Chicken Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 10 ounce(s) uncooked fettuccine
- 1 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
- 1 can(s) chicken broth (14 ½ ounce can)
- 1 cup(s) carrots, julienned
- 2 cup(s) fresh broccoli florets

Cook fettuccine according to directions on package. In a large skillet, sauté chicken in oil until no longer pink. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
