Colorful Chicken Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce(s) uncooked fettuccine
  • 1 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 can(s) chicken broth (14 ½ ounce can)
  • 1 cup(s) carrots, julienned
  • 2 cup(s) fresh broccoli florets
