Colorful Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) wild rice
  • 2 ¼ cup(s) water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 stalk(s) celery, diced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • ¼ cup(s) sliced, toasted almonds

    • ½ cup(s) dried cranberries
    • 1 teaspoon(s) chicken flavor soup base
    • ½ cup(s) brown rice
