  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 40 Corn Husks
    • Tamale Dough (Recipe Below)

1. 6 cups masa harina 2. 5 cups warm water or low-sodium chicken broth 3. 2 cups lard 4. 3 tablespoon onion powder 5. 2 tablespoon cumin 6. 3 tablespoon chile powder 7. 2 teaspoons salt
