Couscous Jambalaya
Ingredients
- 12 raw shrimp, peeled and chopped (about ¾ pound)
- 1 tablespoonemerilcreole seasoning (recipe below)
- 1 tablespoonolive oil
- 4 ounceschoppedandouille sausages (½ cup)
- ¼ green bell pepper
- ½ cuppeeled seeded and choppedItalian plum tomato (about 2)
- 3 bay leaves

- 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoonhot pepper sauce
- 1 cupchicken stock
- 1 teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
- 1 smallchicken breast, boned,skinned and chopped (generous ½ cup)
- ¼ cupchoppedonion
- ¼ cupchoppedcelery
- 2 tablespoonsmincedgarlic
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1 ½ cupscouscous
- 2 ½ tablespoonspaprika
- 2 tablespoonssalt
- 2 tablespoonsgarlic powder
- 1 tablespoonblack pepper
- 1 tablespoononion powder
- 1 tablespooncayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoondried oregano leaves
- 1 tablespoondried leaf thyme
