Couscous Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 12 raw shrimp, peeled and chopped (about ¾ pound)
  • 1 tablespoonemerilcreole seasoning (recipe below)
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 4 ounceschoppedandouille sausages (½ cup)
  • ¼ green bell pepper
  • ½ cuppeeled seeded and choppedItalian plum tomato (about 2)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • + 18 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoonhot pepper sauce
    • 1 cupchicken stock
    • 1 teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
    • 1 smallchicken breast, boned,skinned and chopped (generous ½ cup)
    • ¼ cupchoppedonion
    • ¼ cupchoppedcelery
    • 2 tablespoonsmincedgarlic
    • 1 teaspoonsalt
    • 1 ½ cupscouscous
    • 2 ½ tablespoonspaprika
    • 2 tablespoonssalt
    • 2 tablespoonsgarlic powder
    • 1 tablespoonblack pepper
    • 1 tablespoononion powder
    • 1 tablespooncayenne pepper
    • 1 tablespoondried oregano leaves
    • 1 tablespoondried leaf thyme
