  • 1- 4.3 ounce package Rice-a-Roni long grain and wild rice
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

    • ½ cup butter
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
