Cream of Chicken Soup From Scratch

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
    • 1 ½ cups chicken stock, divided
