Cream of Cilantro Soup - Crema De Cilantro


  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves only (about 4 cups leaves, loosely packed)
  • 2 quarts chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped onions
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream (do not use sour cream) or 1 cup Mexican crema (do not use sour cream)
  • + 1 more ingredients
