Creamed Collards
Ingredients
- 4 ½ pounds fresh collard greens*
- 1 pound bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 large onions, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
