Creamy Chinese Chicken


  • ½ cup(s) milk (Do NOT add more liquid)
  • 1 ½ cup(s) cooked chicken
  • 1 can(s) mixed Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 1 can(s) chow mein noodles
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup

Combine soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole. Mix well. Stir in chicken and Chinese vegetables . Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave or reheat for 10-12 minutes or until hot. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles.
