Creamy Cilantro and Almond Soup


  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups Italian parsley
  • 6 ½ cups low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 fresh marjoram
  • 4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
