Creamy Country Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients

• 3 cup(s) cubed potatoes (about 1 ½ pounds)
• 8 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 ¼ pounds)
• 1 cup(s) sour cream
• ¼ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Poultry Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Thyme Leaves
• 1 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt

  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
