Creamy Ginger Pumpkin Soup


  • 1 onion (small)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 pound(s) fresh pumpkin, cubed
  • 2 cup(s) Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoon(s) curry
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) turmeric
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) half-and-half cream
    • salt/pepper to taste

melt butter in a large pot and add onions, cook until tender. Add pumpkin, broth and ginger and cook over medium heat fr 15 minutes until pumpkin is very tender.
