Creamy Lemon Pasta with Chicken


  • 1 pound penne or ziti
  • 3 ounces goat cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 cups shredded, cooked, skinless chicken (from 1 small rotisserie chicken)
    • Salt and pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
