Creamy Mexican Turkey

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup green or red salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 12 corn tortillas
    • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
    • 1 ½ cup shredded Cojack cheese
    • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
