Creamy Potato Soup 8

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
  • ½ cup(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) celery, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) carrots, sliced
  • 6 cup(s) potatoes, chopped
  • 1 pound(s) Velveeta Cheese
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 tablespoon(s) flour
    • 3 cup(s) milk
    • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 2 ½ cup(s) water

Combine first nine ingredients, through pepper, and simmer until vegetables are tender. In a small mixing bowl, gradually add milk to flour and then add to vegetables and cook until Thickened. Next add cheese and stir until melted. Ready to serve.
