Creamy Potato Soup - Low Fat


  • ½ cup sliced green onions (scallions)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 cup peeled, diced potatoes (about 3 large)
  • 2 (16-ounce) cans fat-free chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
