Creamy Rigatoni with Tomatoes and Sausage

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ pounds Rigatoni (maybe More Like ¾ Pound)
  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 whole Dried Bay Leaf
  • 1 can (28 Oz Can) Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Run Through A Food Processor Until Smooth
  • ½ cups Red Wine
  • 1 pinch Coarse Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper

    • 1 teaspoon Fresh Sage
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano
    • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
    • 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced
    • 4 whole Sun-dried Tomato And Chicken Sausages, Casings Removed And Torn Into Chunks
    • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
