Creamy Rocket and Lettuce Soup


  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60ml double cream
  • 55g55g rocket or spinach leaves
  • 950ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 340g potatoes, peeled and
  • 1 shallot, thinly
