Creamy White Chili 2

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
• ¼ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
• 1 ½ cup(s) sour cream fat free
• 1 pound(s) chicken breast cut into cubes
• 1 onion, chopped (medium)
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon(s) veggie oil
• + 6 more ingredients
• • 2 can(s) great northern beans, rinsed and drained (15 ½ ounce cans)
  • 1 can(s) chicken broth (14 ounce can)
  • 1 can(s) green chilies (4 oz can)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano

In large sauce pan sauté chicken, onion, and garlic powder in oil until chicken is done. Add beans, broth, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve immediately. Serves 7.
