Creamy White Chili 6

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ cup(s) whipping cream
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream (8 ounce)
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) chicken broth
    • 2 can(s) chopped green chilies (4 ounce cans)
    • 2 can(s) Great Northern beans, drained (15 ounce cans)
    • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
    • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
    • 1 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces

In a large saucepan, sauté chicken, onion & garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream & whipping cream. Serve immediately. Serves 7.
