Curried Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped green onions, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 ½ cups uncooked long grain rice
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
