Ingredients

• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can(s) chicken broth
• 2 clove(s) garlic
• 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped
• 1 bell pepper, chopped (small)
• 2 onions, chopped (medium)
• ½ pound(s) ground beef

• • ½ pound(s) sausage
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ½ pound(s) chicken livers
  • 2 cup(s) cooked rice
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) red pepper sauce

Saut meat till brown; add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring and scraping bottom of pan. Saut livers and green onions in butter until done. Finely chop livers.
